This all-levels class blends breath and movement with various osteopathic release methods to treat somatic dysfunction and muscular tension. Each class is specifically tailored to address common areas of tension, postural imbalances, and chronic pain - all while promoting a sense of calm. Release active trigger points, lubricate the joints and fascia, tone deep stabilizing muscles, restore range of motion, and rebalance the nervous system. Expect to connect on a deeper level to your physiology. This class encourages awareness of the more subtle layers of the body.

Vinyasa

Wednesday 12:00-1:00

Often described as meditation in motion, Vinyasa weaves poses and transitions with the breath. The flow of movements is smooth and continuous, and no two classes are alike. Vinyasa combines traditional asana (postures) and pranayama (breath) with fresh and fun, modern perspectives on body mechanics. Leave feeling stronger, more expansive, and centered. Intensity level & personal style varies by each unique teacher. Modifications and variations of poses are offered.
