Balance your hips for a healthy low back & spine!
Designed to address a common imbalance in the pelvis called an anterior tilt. This imbalance can cause an increase in the lumbar curve causing hyper lumbar lordosis or “sway back”, resulting in low back pain, SI joint instability, and nerve impingements…just to name a few. Anterior pelvic tilts are prevalent in women, especially women who have had children but anyone can present with this common i balance. This is also a great practice for Yogis because it balances out all the forward folding that we do by opening the front of the hips and strengthening the hamstrings.
1 blanket and 2 blocks needed.
